Carrot Cake

2 cup sugar
2 cup flour
2 tbsp cinnamon
1 1/2 cup oil
2 tbsp baking soda
3 cup carrots
4 eggs
1 tsp salt

Mix sugar, oil, and eggs. Mix flour, backing soda, salt, cinnamon. Mix carrot. Bake 350* for 60 minutes.
