1 package cream cheese
2 cup pumpkin
1 cup sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1 egg and 2 egg yolks
1 cup milk
1/4 cup butter
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp ginger
pie crust
Beat cream cheese with pumpkin. Add sugar and salt. Add eggs, milk, egg yolk and butter. Then add vanilla, cinnamon and ginger. Pour into crust. Bake 350* for 50 minutes.
