Chocolate Mint Grasshopper Pie

1 1/2 cup milk
1 package pistachio pudding
2 cup whip topping
12 mint oreo cookies chopped
1 oreo pie crust
1 square baker chocolate

Pour milk into bowl, mix dry pudding for 2 minutes. Stir in cool whip and cookies. Spoon into pie. Melt chocolate and drizzle on top. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
