3/4 cup flour
3/4 tsp baking powder
3/4 cup milk
1 egg
1 cup shredded cheese
1 cup pepperoni
Whisk flour, baking powder, milk and eggs together. Mix in cheese and pepperoni. Let stand for 10 minutes. Stir batter pour into cupcake cups. Bake at 375* for 25 minutes.
