Cheesecake
1 package cream cheese
1/3 cup sugar
2 tsp vanilla
1 cup sour cream
8 oz cool whip
Beat cream cheese until smooth, add sugar. Add sour cream and vanilla. Mix well. Fold in cool whip. Spoon into pie crust. Chill for 4 hours.
