1/4 cup heavy cream
1 tbsp powder sugar
12 oz cream soda
1 tsp vanilla butter and nut flavoring
Whisk together cream, and sugar in a bowl. Add soda to a mug and gently stir in the flavoring. Spoon a layer of whipping cream on top of soda.
