Lemon Chicken

2 lbs chicken
2/3 cup sugar
2 cup chicken broth
3 tbsp corn starch
8 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp salt
3 slices of lemon
2 tbsp oil

Combine sugar, broth, corn starch, lemon juice, and salt. Add the lemon slices. Heat oil, add the lemon mixture until it is clear. Remove lemon slices. Pour over cooked chicken and rice.
