Slow Cooker BBQ Pork Sandwhich

2 lb pork shoulder
3 onions slices
1/2 cup BBQ sauce
8 rolls
8 slices of cheese

Place meat in slow cooker. Top with onions and BBQ sauce. Cook on low for 8 hours. Remove meat cut off fat. Shred, and mix with sauce. Place on rolls, top with cheese.
